IAC/Interactive Corp IACI, Match Group's parent company, which is controlled by billionaire Barry Diller, said in a regulatory filing Monday that it will issue 33.3 million shares of common stock at a price of to a share.
The underwriters will have 30 days to buy an additional 5 million shares at the IPO price. The company expects to use the proceeds from the offering to pay debt and pursue acquisitions, among other benefits.
